ASCPEAK works with independent manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and destination, orders may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly from a third-party fulfillment facility.

Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

ASCPEAK is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with WHOOP, Inc.

WHOOP and related trademarks are owned by their respective owners.

Compatibility information is provided for identification and product-use purposes. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.

ASCPEAK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through the ASCPEAK store are transactions between you and ASCPEAK. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by ASCPEAK or for transactions between you and ASCPEAK.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase will be subject to the competent courts of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
